Course Outline

Successful completion of CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) requires completion of 24 units delivered via 9 clusters. Some students may have already completed the three agent’s representative units. You will receive a credit transfer, reducing your fees, this will be discussed with you during your pre-training review (PTR).

Clusters are delivered in the following sequence. Time frames displayed may vary due to delivery option chosen and public holiday inclusions.

  • Learner reference guides and additional resources guides

  • All training and assessment including up to 3 re-submissions

  • Additional student support if required

  • Issuance of a Certificate upon successful completion of the assessment requirements.

Concession fees are available to funded students who can provide appropriate evidence.

Students are also eligible for a complimentary REIV Individual Membership if applied for within 6 months of Agent's Representative course completion date and employed with an REIV member agency.


Delivery Options

Class based – Face to face delivered in Camberwell

  • 1 day (9am – 5pm) per week over 42 weeks*

  • 2 nights (6pm - 9.30pm) per week over 42 weeks*

*If you need to do your Agent’s Representative units (first three units of this course), this will be delivered in the first week Monday – Friday or if you choose the evening option this will be delivered over 5 weeks.
Workplace based

Entry Requirements

Students must be

  • over 18 years of age (traineeships exempt)

  • be an Australian citizen,  New Zealand Citizen or a permanent resident

  • In order to complete course assignments, students will need access to a computer with reliable internet connectivity, with Microsoft Word 2007 or later (or compatible software) and Adobe Reader, as well as printer and scanner.

  • Students are expected to have a good understanding of the English language as the interpretation & application of legislation is a large part of the course.
