Located in Melbourne's north-west growth corridor on the Melton Hwy and the Sunbury railway line Sydenham is a new suburb that features a young population predominantly comprised of families. Sydenham is currently undergoing significant population growth on the tail of the rapid residential development. The suburb is also developing an industrial base with the proposed Calder Park Industrial Estate.
