CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions. This qualification will allow you to seek employment as an Estate Agent or work as Principal Agent.

A Licensed Real Estate Agent can work in the real estate sector in many roles including: 

• Agency Principal

• Strata Management Principal (Owners Corporation Management)

• Agency Manager

• Agency Director

The CPP51122 qualification Diploma of Property (Agency Management) requires completion of 12 units. Seven (7) core Units of Competency, and five (5) Elective units. REIV have consulted with industry partners and course graduates to develop a course to set you up for success.
