In 2026, the Awards take on added significance as part of REIV’s 90 Years Young celebrations - bringing together the organisation’s proud history with the people and achievements shaping the future of Victorian real estate.

On Thursday 22 October, Crown Palladium will come alive for an evening celebrating the people and businesses shaping Victorian real estate. The 2026 winners will be revealed on the night, alongside live entertainment, great company and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.
And with REIV celebrating 90 years in 2026, this year's Gala will also look back on the organisation's proud history while looking ahead to the future of Victorian real estate.

President’s Award
The President’s Award is a special honour recognising an REIV member who has made an outstanding contribution to the Victorian real estate industry and demonstrated a commitment to excellence, leadership and positive impact.
Unlike the other Awards for Excellence categories, there are no finalists announced for this award. The winner is personally selected by REIV President Jacob Caine and will be announced at the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner.
