Paul Modica

Paul began work in the Real Estate Industry in 1998 as an Agents' Representative and obtained his full licence in 2007. In 2008, Paul established Paul Modica Real Estate in Deakin Avenue, Mildura and subsequently moved to his new office in Eighth Street, Mildura in 2011 where he continues his practice today. He is actively involved in all facets of the real estate industry including residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties.
