Cranbourne North is located 41 km south-east of the CBD. Cranbourne North is a new suburb that features a young population predominately comprised of families. It is currently undergoing significant population growth on the tail of the rapid residential development. The suburb features a number of parks and reserves including Merinda Park as well as the Cranbourne Golf Club and the Thompson Parkway Shopping Centre.
