REIV Traineeships offer you the opportunity to combine study with work

Complete the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice while you work in the industry. The program is delivered through a combination of workplace training, REIV trainer support, learning materials and workplace visits.

Traineeships are an effective and efficient way to complete your new Agent’s Representative course (CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) while continuing to build practical skills in the workplace.

A traineeship may be offered to an individual who is employed on a full or part-time (minimum 13 hours per week) basis in the real estate industry.

The REIV will work with the employer and trainee to develop an individualised training plan. Trainees have up to 12 months to complete the course if they are full time students and up to 24 months if part time.

The trainee will have access to an experienced and qualified REIV trainer-assessor.
The trainer will have at least monthly contact with the trainee through workplace visits, phone
discussions and/or other means.
Online contact methods will be used while restrictions are in place due to the pandemic.

The student fees are dependent on the individual’s eligibility for Victorian Government funding (Skills First). This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. Learn more about Fees, Charges & Refunds.

The trainee will receive REIV learning material to support their workplace based learning.
