CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is the qualification prescribed by the Victorian Business Licensing Authority, as the educational requirement to work as an Agent's Representative. 


The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) will no longer accept future enrolments in the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Students who are currently enrolled in the course are not affected. All enrolled learners will continue to receive full support and will be assisted through to the successful completion of their course.
