LongView has been crowned the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s (REIV) Large Residential Agency of the Year, taking out the coveted award ahead of other finalists Acquire Real Estate, Jellis Craig Doncaster & Ringwood, OBrien Real Estate Carrum Downs/Chelsea and Reliance Real Estate.
Caine Real Estate was awarded Medium Agency of the Year, with Keyhole Property Investments recognised as Small Residential Agency of the Year for the second year running.
Antoinette Nido of RT Edgar Toorak was named Residential Salesperson of the Year and Greg Brydon of Ray White Cheltenham took out the hotly contested Senior Auctioneer of the Year.
In commercial real estate, Colliers Geelong won Commercial Agency of the Year, narrowly beating finalists GA Industrial & Commercial and Tiga Commercial. Katherine Dean of Miglic Dean was awarded Commercial Property Manager of the Year. Commercial Salesperson of the Year went to Tanya Su of Savills (Vic).
In a year that brought much focus on the property market and scrutiny on sector policy, REIV awarded its President’s Award to Wes Davidson, a highly respected and dedicated sector contributor, who has established a reputation for over and above professional effort regionally.
REIV CEO Quentin Kilian was enthused by the talent and achievements of all finalists and congratulated award winners.
“It’s inspiring to see such a high standard of professionalism in our sector, and the winners of our sought-after awards have demonstrated sustained excellence and achievement,” Mr Kilian said.
“Employing more than 16,000 Victorians, real estate presents great job opportunity for young professionals, and others looking to change career paths – it’s a tremendously rewarding sector to work in.
