REIV appoints Megan Mander as General Manager – Operations

The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) announces it has appointed Megan Mander as General Manager – Operations.

An experienced Commercial Agent with a 26-year career in real estate, Megan recently served the REIV as interim CEO from January 2024 until May 2024. Prior to this, Megan was a director of the REIV from 2021 to 2024. Megan has held senior leadership positions with, Savills Australia, Gorman Commercial and Little Real Estate and founded her own agency Urbane Commercial.

As General Manager – Operations, Megan will play a vital role in the organisation’s leadership team, managing business operations and overseeing major projects underway across the Institute. Megan’s portfolio will also include oversight of the REIV’s human resources function.

In assuming the management role, Megan has resigned her position on the REIV Board.

Jacob Caine, President of the REIV, said Megan’s continued role on the REIV leadership team will be invaluable for the Institute and its members in the period ahead.
