Wyndham Vale is located 34 km west of the CBD. Located on the western fringe of metropolitan Melbourne Wyndham Vale is a residential and rural area. Wyndham Vale is bounded in the east by the Werribee River while the Lollipop Creek traverses the suburb. The suburb's most rapid growth was during the 1980s and 1990s but further growth expected in the future as it has large tracts of undeveloped land. Wyndham Vale also feature the Presidents Lake Park and the Wyndham Vale Shopping Centre.
