Alex Gale

Courtney Ugle is a proud Noongar woman, entrepreneur, speaker and Founder of Waangkiny, a social enterprise dedicated to creating positive social change through the power of storytelling, leadership and connection.

Drawing on her lived experience and deep cultural knowledge, Courtney has become a respected voice in the areas of resilience, wellbeing, community empowerment and leadership. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organisations create meaningful impact by fostering authentic conversations, strengthening relationships and building a greater sense of belonging.

At the National PM Breakfast, Courtney will share her powerful personal journey and explore how adversity can be transformed into purpose.
