Alex Gale

Alex Gale is an award-winning property management professional with Elite Property Management Agency and has established herself as one of Victoria’s leading experts in business development and client relationship management. Since joining the agency in 2018, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, helping landlords maximise long-term investment performance, and creating strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Courtney Ugle

Courtney Ugle is a proud Noongar woman, entrepreneur, speaker and Founder of Waangkiny, a social enterprise dedicated to creating positive social change through the power of storytelling, leadership and connection.

Drawing on her lived experience and deep cultural knowledge, Courtney has become a respected voice in the areas of resilience, wellbeing, community empowerment and leadership. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organisations create meaningful impact by fostering authentic conversations, strengthening relationships and building a greater sense of belonging.

At the National PM Breakfast, Courtney will share her powerful personal journey and explore how adversity can be transformed into purpose. Through stories of courage, connection and growth, she will challenge attendees to reflect on their own leadership, the influence they have on those around them, and the role we all play in creating stronger, more inclusive communities.
