Building on the knowledge gathered in the Introduction to Commercial Property Management course, this course equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in commercial property management, ensuring satisfaction for both property owners and tenants alike.

This course is tailor-made for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial property management. It is ideal for those who aspire to expand their skill set and enhance their proficiency in this field.

Expected Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, participants can expect to: - Develop a deeper understanding of the end-to-end commercial property management process. - Gain confidence in conducting market rent reviews, rent determinations, and lease renewals. - Acquire the necessary skills to handle section 146 notices, evictions, and mediations effectively. - Master the art of budget preparation and financial planning for commercial properties. - Become proficient in property leasing and lease documentation. - Successfully manage essential services within commercial properties. - Recognize and address valuation issues that may arise in property management. - Review and improve bond management, insurance requirements, and inspection processes for commercial properties.

Pre-Requisites

Understanding the fundamental skills and knowledge required to practice commercial property management, including the essential elements of relevant legislation, as well as tasks and processes specific to the management of various types of commercial property, is essential. We recommend enrolling in the Introduction to Commercial Property Management course if you do not yet have this knowledge.
