It is tailored for Agent's Representatives or Licensed Agents who are seeking to refresh, upskill, or kickstart their career in property management. With a focus on practical application, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their role from day one.

Participants can expect a dynamic learning experience that blends hands-on training with accessible online resources. The program kicks off with a two-day immersive workshop, where attendees delve into essential property management tasks and agency processes. Led by experts in the field, these sessions provide invaluable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of property managers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the role.

Whether refreshing existing knowledge or starting afresh, the Residential Property Management Essentials Program equips individuals with the tools they need to hit the ground running and succeed in the competitive world of property management.

The Residential Property Management Essentials Program includes the following:

- Two days of face-to-face workshop with lunch daily
- Six months access to online resources
- Certificate of Completion
- 16 CPD hours for REIV Members

Amy is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. As General Manager of McGrath Blackburn, she draws on a broad background spanning a variety of roles and environments—from boutique offices to fast paced corporate settings. This depth of experience enables Amy to balance and prioritise the needs of both clients and colleagues with confidence and care. Known for her calm approach under pressure, Amy’s strong organisational skills and unwavering work ethic are central to the smooth daily operations of McGrath Blackburn.
