The REIV Residential Property Management Essentials Program is a comprehensive program designed by practising property managers and delivered by industry specialists. It is tailored for Agent's Representatives or Licensed Agents who are seeking to refresh, upskill, or kickstart their career in property management. With a focus on practical application, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their role from day one.

Participants can expect a dynamic learning experience that blends hands-on training with accessible online resources. The program kicks off with a two-day immersive workshop, where attendees delve into essential property management tasks and agency processes. Led by experts in the field, these sessions provide invaluable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of property managers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the role.

Whether refreshing existing knowledge or starting afresh, the Residential Property Management Essentials Program equips individuals with the tools they need to hit the ground running and succeed in the competitive world of property management.

- Two days of face-to-face workshop with lunch daily
- Six months access to online resources
- Certificate of Completion
- 16 CPD hours for REIV Members
