This interactive, one-day course delivers the essential skills and knowledge required for commercial property management. It is designed for new entrants to the field, residential property managers transitioning to commercial, and experienced professionals looking to refresh their expertise or fill gaps in their knowledge.
Join as at the new REIV Headquarters for an interactive day where you'll develop the fundamental skill sand knowledge required to practice Commercial Property Management.
This course is suitable for new entrants to Commercial Property Management, Residential Property Managers who are crossing over either part- or full- time to Commercial, and existing Commercial PMs wanting to brush up their skills or fill gaps in their knowledge.
Led by Megan Miles, this interactive training is full of tips, tricks and real-life scenarios to help you understand this complex role and implement your learnings back in the office.

Megan Miles (CEA) REIV
With a real estate career spanning 20 years, commencing in a family owned residential agency in Brisbane, Queensland in 2004, returning to her hometown of Melbourne in 2006, specialising in marketing and administration for a inner eastern agency. With a hunger for knowledge and to further her career, the world of commercial and industrial real estate was of great interest and in 2008 commenced at a boutique agency in a sales administration role. 2013 took her again interstate, this time to Port Hedland, Western Australia, cutting her teeth and gaining experience in industrial leasing and property management, with clients including BHP, Rio Tinto and Fortescue Metals. Returning home to Melbourne in 2014, Megan commenced as a sales and leasing consultant, expanding into a senior executive role, specialising in commercial and industrial property in the south eastern market, and specifically within municipalities of Knox, Dandenong, Casey, Maroondah and Monash. In 2022, Megan made the transition from employee to business owner, with her own independent agency, South East Commercial & Industrial (SEC&I) and offering expertise in sales, leasing, property management and development consultancy.
