Internal Communications

Internal communications are the way in which employees are aligned to a company’s strategy. This means looking at the ways they receive and give information and what channels they use, e.g. email, messages, meetings, etc.

With a focus on creating respect, the Internal Communications module covers how everyone in a workplace can use the communication channels. It explores what is considered appropriate versus inappropriate use, and how we can all be mindful of the language we use.
