Sangeeta is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law, with over 24 years of experience advising Australian and international developers, corporations, listed and unlisted property trusts and financiers on the full breadth of property transactions – including acquisitions, disposals, structuring issues, lease transactions and development advice in relation to retail, commercial, industrial and residential property. Sangeeta has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements for leases (and sub leases and licences), acting for both landlords and tenants on leases with a variety of permitted uses including airport subleases, port terminal leases, service station leases, shopping centre leases, QSR leases, leases in medical centres and hangar licences.

With a real estate career spanning 20 years, commencing in a family owned residential agency in Brisbane, Queensland in 2004, returning to her hometown of Melbourne in 2006, specialising in marketing and administration for a inner eastern agency.

Returning home to Melbourne in 2014, Megan commenced as a sales and leasing consultant, expanding into a senior executive role, specialising in commercial and industrial property in the south eastern market, and specifically within municipalities of Knox, Dandenong, Casey, Maroondah and Monash.

In 2022, Megan made the transition from employee to business owner, with her own independent agency, South East Commercial & Industrial (SEC&I) and offering expertise in sales, leasing, property management and development consultancy.

Panelist: Mark Wizel, Managing Director, Commercial to Lease

With over 15 years of experience in Australian commercial real estate, Mark Wizel is a distinguished specialist in commercial office and retail property leasing. Known for his bespoke and creative approach, Mark has a proven track record of optimising property value and securing high-quality tenants for commercial and retail spaces.

His deep understanding of the commercial property market, combined with a passion for tailored solutions, ensures that property owners achieve exceptional results in leasing their Australian commercial properties.

Panelist: Stefanie Frawley, Director of Portfolio Management at TMX Transform

Stefanie Frawley is the Director of Portfolio Management at TMX Transform. With over 20 years experience within the industrial property sector, Stefanie specialises in portfolio management, representing the property requirements of major national and multinational occupiers throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

The depth and breadth of Stefanie’s experience is extensive, working across every aspect of an occupiers property life cycle such as property strategy, consolidation projects, new leases, renewal of leases, make goods, surrenders, subleases, assignment of leases, database management and market rent reviews. Prior to joining TMX, Stefanie spent 16 years at Colliers International as National Director of Occupier Services representing major clients across ANZ and APAC.
