Whether you’re hosting a conference, training session, networking event, or celebration, the REIV offers a versatile setting designed to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.

Our purpose-built venue includes two spacious event rooms, two meeting rooms, a dedicated podcast studio, and a welcoming communal kitchen and foyer area. Conveniently located on the banks of the Yarra River, just 200 metres from Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and only 3km from Melbourne’s CBD, our location combines accessibility with a scenic backdrop.

The REIV Podcast Room is a fully treated, production-ready space equipped with a RODE podcast system, two automatic tracking cameras, a large display screen and four high-quality microphones. Perfect for recording interviews, panel discussions or studio-grade content with ease.

REIV does not offer onsite parking. For short-term parking, we recommend local street parking. If you’re attending an all day event we recommend the Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, a short 5 minute walk from the REIV. Please view rates here: https://www.vicgardenssc.com.au/directions/parking

A dedicated registration desk provides a seamless arrival experience for guests, and all areas are conveniently accessible via both lift and stairs. For catering and hospitality needs, a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining butler’s kitchen offer full flexibility, while an inviting outdoor courtyard creates a relaxed setting for breaks, networking, or post-event conversations.
