Ben brings a rare combination of technical expertise, property experience, and genuine buyer advocacy to Prime Advocates. His property journey began in 2010 with the purchase of his first home. Since then, Ben has remained actively involved in the market as an investor and small-scale developer. This long-term, hands-on experience means he understands how property decisions perform over time, not just how they look on auction day. Ben holds a double degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) and Business, with over 15 years of professional experience across government, manufacturing, and residential engineering consulting. Early in his career at Melbourne Water, he gained valuable insight into infrastructure planning, urban growth, environmental sustainability, and how cities evolve. This foundation gives him a holistic understanding of how infrastructure, zoning, and long-term planning impact property values. For the past decade, Ben has worked in residential engineering consultancy, specialising in housing and low-rise developments. Since 2021, he has held a senior leadership role, collaborating closely with builders, designers, surveyors, and councils. This experience enables him to identify construction quality issues, site constraints, compliance risks, and hidden structural concerns that many buyers simply don’t see. Ben is a licensed estate agent in both Victoria and Queensland. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) and is also a Registered Building Practitioner. At Prime Advocates, Ben is known for his clear communication, analytical approach, and commitment to acting solely in the buyer’s best interests.
