I’m a real estate leader turned compliance specialist with 25+ years across sales, property management, and agency operations. I’ve owned and led offices, managed P&Ls, built high-performing teams, and guided more than 1,000 transactions. Today, as Head of Compliance with Agents Agency, I help our network lift standards, reduce risk, and operate with confidence. My remit covers end-to-end compliance: policy design and roll-out, risk registers, internal audits, trust account oversight, complaint/incident handling, and regulator liaison. I also manage CPD/learning governance and supervise AML/CTF frameworks—partnering with third-party providers while maintaining internal oversight, periodic reviews, and remediation plans.
