Francis Morello

Francis Morello is a Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer with over 20 years of experience across residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Having grown up in Mildura, Francis began his career in Melbourne in 2006, gaining experience across all facets of real estate before founding Morello Auctions. As an award-winning auctioneer, Francis called auctions for agencies right across Greater Melbourne and coached agents on campaign strategy and management. It's a background that shapes the way he sells today. Auction day is where a campaign is won or lost, and knowing how to work a crowd, whether that's out the front of a property or in an in-room auction environment, control the pace of the bidding and hold his nerve under pressure is what turns interest into a result for his vendors. He has since made the move back home, settling just across the river in Gol Gol, and now represents Sunraysia owners through the full campaign, from the first appraisal through to the day the keys change hands. Rounding out his real estate background, Francis also brings extensive experience in senior corporate sales, having negotiated complex transactions with senior executives across the public and private sectors, an experience that adds a sharp commercial edge to every negotiation he leads for his clients. Away from the office Francis is a recreational pilot who's happiest when he's wheels up above the Murray.
