Personable, well-known and highly regarded in the industry, Principal Director Tim Bradler brings a wealth of in-depth real estate knowledge to his role. Tim’s experience and expertise span many different areas, including property management, where he commenced his career almost 30 years ago. After a solid grounding in rentals, he then moved to concentrate on sales, successfully leading his own team for more than a decade. At Belle Property Blairgowrie, Tim imparts valuable insight with his commitment to detail and service excellence. Tim appreciates the frequent positive feedback he receives from satisfied clients in recognition of his efforts and outstanding results. He most enjoys interacting with his clients and being able to guide them through some of the most significant transactions of their lifetimes. Over the course of his tenure, Tim successfully became an accredited auctioneer and has achieved many great results for vendors under the hammer since. Tim has also completed the requirements of Certificate IV in Property Services, giving him the better-known title of a Licensed Estate Agent.
