Tasma Murdoch

Tasma is a highly motivated, trustworthy and reliable real estate agent who has honed her skills and knowledge of the property industry over decades. Having lived in the Yarra Valley for more than ten years, Tasma decided to relocate her agency to Healesville to serve her local community. Tasma had a long and highly successful career as a conveyancing paralegal including with Allens Lawyers. Tasma acted on behalf of developers delivering large scale projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales, together with clients buying and selling prestigious real estate in Sydney's eastern suburbs. Tasma was solely responsible for the handling of all conveyancing matters from pre-exchange, including contract preparation and negotiation, through to settlement. Since 2007, Tasma worked with her husband to establish a property development company and was involved in the ongoing operation and negotiation of property transactions before becoming a licensed real estate agent. In 2016, it was a natural extension for Tasma to establish her company, Murdoch Realty. In her most recent apartment project, Tasma was the exclusive selling agent and achieved $51 million in sales, selling the project out by completion.
