Anne Donchos

Anne Donchos is a commercially astute and results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, business development and national network growth. Her career spans multiple corporate industries including refrigeration, chemical, packaging and promotional marketing, before finding her long-term passion in commercial and industrial real estate. As Director/Principal of First National Vanuatu, Anne cemented her commitment to the industry, developing a deep appreciation for the complexity, strategy and opportunity within commercial property, combining operational leadership with hands-on agency ownership. Returning to Australia, she moved into commercial and business sales within the hospitality sector, further sharpening her expertise in deal structuring, negotiation and growth advisory. Most recently, Anne served as National Commercial Growth Manager for First National Real Estate, where she led the strategic expansion and performance uplift of the network’s commercial division nationally. In this role, she worked closely with independent principals and commercial operators to strengthen capability, structure and profitability across their businesses. Having now concluded her tenure with First National, Anne is embarking on her next chapter — the creation of a national member-based network called Commercial Network Group designed to elevate and support the independent commercial real estate sector. Her vision is to provide independent agencies with the professional infrastructure, systems, mentoring and shared intelligence typically associated with large networks — without requiring rebranding, equity participation or loss of autonomy. She enjoys socialising, networking and staying active, whether that’s through outdoor activities, water sports, scuba diving, waterskiing or participating in an overseas charity bike ride. A passionate football supporter and proud Tiger girl, she brings the same energy and team spirit to her personal life as she does to her professional pursuits.
