Ritesh Tandon

Ritesh Tandon is a licensed estate agent with a 25-year professional career, including the past decade across property sales, buyer advocacy, investment strategy and PropTech research. He serves on the REIV Buyers’ Agents Chapter Committee and PICA’s Victorian Council, contributing an independent practitioner’s perspective to industry discussions. An Executive MBA graduate from RMIT University, Ritesh has lectured on blockchain in real estate, presented academic research and authored two books: The PropTech Revolution and Australian Real Estate: Past, Present & Future. A strong advocate for consumer education and innovation, he seeks to strengthen REIV member engagement, governance and professional standards while representing Victoria’s diverse property community.
