UPDATE 13 FEB 2021: RESTRICTIONS AS THEY APPLY TO REAL ESTATE SERVICES HAVE BEEN SUMMARISED ON THIS DOCUMENT
The Premier has just announced a 5-day lockdown, return to Stage 4 restrictions. Key points that we know so far have been summarised below.

Stage 4 restrictions apply from 11:59 pm Friday 12th February to 11:59 pm Wednesday 17th February 2021

Restrictions apply to all of Victoria

Restrictions apply to all real estate – commercial and residential

Inspections, opens are not permitted. We are seeking clarification if private inspections will be allowed. However, considering the short time frame we expect that no inspections will be permitted over the period.

Auctions can only be held online

Owners Corporation Managers and Property Managers who are required to attend to an emergency maintenance matter are likely to be permitted. Awaiting confirmation.

If you can work from home, you must work from home. The only staff permitted to attend work are those that provide a service that enables others to work from home. Example: Payroll and IT services.
