The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) is pleased to announce a partnership with fast-growing Australian tech company Hutly to accelerate and optimise the digital transformation of the REIV VicForms platform, making it one of the most compliant, efficient and easy to use real estate forms platforms in Victoria.
The partnership will see Hutly introduce its One Touch signing technology across all REIV forms over the coming months, with the first improvement scheduled to go live for Victoria’s new Residential Tenancy Agreement this month.
Hutly’s combination of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), edit and resend, mobile-friendly signing, and event recording turns creating, sending and executing an agreement into something that takes minutes, not hours.
Gil King CEO of REIV said “Members won’t have to wait long to see improvements, we will be introducing Hutly’s One Touch signing technology across all REIV forms over the coming months, with the first improvement scheduled to go live on Victoria’s new Residential Tenancy Agreement in March 2021. The first form updated with the requirements under the new RTAA.”
