Mt Macedon joins Melbourne’s million-dollar club

Home to some of Victoria’s most prized real estate, Mt Macedon has become a member of Melbourne’s million-dollar club.
Latest Real Estate Institute of Victoria data reveals the median house price in the Macedon Ranges’ township flew past $1 million in early 2018.
It hit $1.05 million in the March quarter and stayed above the million-dollar mark for the entire year.
A total of 11 houses sold in Mt Macedon in 2018, with six selling for more than $1 million.
