Introduction To Commercial Property Management

This 3 x 2 hour course will be conducted live online over 3 weeks.

We've taken our full day course and made available online - ideal if you are located away from Melbourne or can't take a whole day away from the office!

This course is designed for:

- Residential Property Managers who manage Commercial Property or wish to move into this field
- Commercial Property Managers who wish to refresh or expand their knowledge of Commercial Property Management
- Investors and advisers working with commercial property

At the conclusion of the course participants will be able to:

- Apply relevant legislation to commercial property management and lease documentation
- Apply systems and procedures for the administration of commercial property management
- Understand and manage commercial properties under owners corporation management
- Understand financial tasks and implications of GST involved in commercial property management
- Implement and manage rental review methodology and renewal processes
- Manage rental arrears and the collection of rental and outgoings
- Manage repairs and maintenance
- Manage vacating processes for commercial tenancies
