Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria – An Introduction

Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria (RDRV) will be a new and free VCAT service that will assist renters and rental providers to resolve disputes regarding rent increases, repairs, and bond and/or compensation matters. RDRV will commence in late June 2025 and focus alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve a dispute as soon as possible.

The REIV is working with VCAT to ensure the sector is well prepared and informed in the lead up to the introduction of the RDRV. All Property Managers should join this webinar to learn more about the RDRV and see a live demonstration of the new portal.
