Speakers
Megan Taylor
Senior New Business Manager, Kay & Burton
Throughout her extensive two-decade career in real estate, Megan Taylor has held various roles encompassing reception, property management, commercial property management, and sales. Notably, her recent tenure as a Business Development Manager evolved into leadership roles as a Team Leader and Head of Business Development, where she excelled as a mentor, overseeing the growth and development of her BDM team. Megan is dedicated to exploring innovative approaches to client service, continuously striving to enhance the client experience and deliver exceptional results. She prioritizes individualised attention for each client, actively listening to their concerns and aspirations.
Paul Tzamalis
Auctioneer, The Auction Company
Paul never considered real estate as a career growing up, but some sage advice from his mum led him into the industry. He did his apprenticeship with CBRE and during his time there, colleagues encouraged him to try auctioneering.
Paul always pays particular attention to the human side of property sales. He takes a genuine interest in helping the agents he works with to grow and develop, and makes the time to really get to know vendors and gain their trust.
He believes that we achieve the best results when we remember that real estate is a people business, and strives to do that every day with honesty, selflessness and empathy.
Tonya Davidson AREI
OIEC, Davidson Property Advocates
Since establishing Davidson Property Advocates, Tonya has achieved outstanding results for buyers and vendors alike and, in 2022, was recognised as Buyers' Agent of the Year by the REIV's prestigious Awards for Excellence. You may have seen Tonya in the media. Her business acumen and negotiating skills have led to many appearances. These include being named as one of Cosmopolitan Magazine's most successful women, appearing on “11AM”, the SBS documentary ‘The Bidding Game” and numerous property shows.
