Under the HomesVic initiative, the Government will help eligible buyers enter the property market sooner by reducing the amount of money required for their home loan. 250 people have been provisionally approved to participate in the program and there are still spaces available in all areas.
Locations still available include suburbs in and around Box Hill, Broadmeadows, Dandenong, Epping, Fishermans Bend, Footscray, Fountain Gate - Narre Warren, Frankston, La Trobe, Monash, Pakenham, Parkville, Ringwood and Sunshine and a variety of regional locations across Victoria.
