The program will also provide an opportunity to network with your peers, REIV representatives, Partners and provide valuable feedback to the Institute.
Hosted by REIV CEO Gil King, each event showcases three key speakers and provides flexible registration options.

An update on the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
Leah Calnan, REIV Senior Vice President and Director of Metro Property Management, will outline:
- The implications of the proposed changes to the RTA, including the increase of the penalty units,
- Tips on what Property Managers can do to prepare landlords and their agency, and
- Where to from here? Understand the implementation process for the new legislation and REIV's vital role.
REIV Policy and Legislation Update
REIV President, Robyn Waters and CEO, Gil King, will explore REIV's current policy platform and key industry issues. This session will also provide an opportunity for members to raise local issues and contribute feedback.
Best Practice and Price Quoting
Jim Lourandos, REIV Information Officer, will revisit some of the key points of the price quoting legislation. This referesher will include tips and insights on the price quoting process, statement of information requirements and best agency practice. Jim will also share case studies on recent member experiences.
