Perception Vs Reality

The REIV is supporting a special conference on Gender Diversity, organsied by Australian Property Institute (API).

The conference will feature six extraordinary people who have contributed significantly to this universal campaign in very different ways and made a significant impact. The inclusive presentations will address several pivotal issues and explain the most effective ways to manage issues of Gender Equality and Diversity in the workplace. Each presentation will provide a real understanding of the spectrum of gender equality and diversity issues we are faced with today by understanding what has shaped this movement. Importantly the conference aims to ignite and promote dialogue in the workplace as to how Gender Equality and Diversity:

  • improves national productivity and economic growth
  • increases organisational performance
  • enhances the ability of companies to attract talent and retain employees
