RTA Changes: Strategies and Tools for Property Managers
New renting laws will be implemented in Victoria from 1 July 2020. The 132 reforms coming into effect will impact your tenants, landlords and your business.
There has been a lot of discussion on the challenges this will pose. Now it’s time to discuss the opportunities, strategies and tools to implement and manage the transition.

This session will provide an update on the latest information from the Government on the legislation; explore practical tips and advice for Property Managers and Directors on how to implement the changes; and ensure both tenants and landlords are informed of their rights and obligations after July 1.

Presenters* Sophie Lyon, Director and General Manager, Property Management at Jellis Craig Boroondara and Leah Calnan, Director at Metro Property Management are both Accredited Trainers and accomplished property managers, with each more than 25 years-experience.
Both Sophie and Leah have also played a pivotal role in REIV’s advocacy efforts with the Government on the RTA Reforms.

Ensure your sales documentation is of the highest standard by 'getting it right' with this Connect session.
