Merrick has worked for Macquarie Bank for the past 19 years. During his time there he has worked as an analyst reviewing property and SME transactions across a variety of fee for service industries.  Working as a relationship manager over 10 years, he has specialised in the Owners Corporation industry providing tailored deposit and lending services to a number of Melbourne’s Owners Corporation firms. Currently Merrick oversees the Strata Industry in Victoria and Tasmania. Focusing on providing banking solutions to Business Owners and Key Industry people within Strata locally and across the Nation.
