At just 21, Andy was running a hospitality business with an annual turnover of over $12 million, with a raw ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively with teams of up to 250 members. Since then, Andy has been laser-focussed on progressing any business he worked in and/or with. But over his life through hospitality management, marketing & Real Estate sales he knew what his purpose was - to serve others in their success.


And so, the Sold By journey began! His obsession with the craft of auctioneering started in 2012. His creative thinking and desire to help people & organisations to improve led him to launch marketing support & coaching departments, and a love for the greater community brought about the philanthropic ‘community’ department. Full of energy & powerfully positive, engaging Andy brings a wave of enthusiasm to his presentations.
