Mental Health and Coping With Change

There has been a lot said about the uncertainty and challenges presented in recent times. Working in a people business like real estate has required us to maintain a calm, professional appearance while some of us may have struggled to cope in this “new normal”.
The REIV is bringing together resources, people and opportunities for us to share our experiences and learnings and support each other through this time.
Join us for an informal virtual discussion with Tony McManus of McManus Consulting and Andy Reid from the Sold By Group. REIV Past President, Robyn Waters OAM, will host an hour drawing on their personal journeys for insights that we could apply in our lives.

The discussion will include:

  • recognizing when you need support
  • where and how to seek support
  • techniques that can help
  • resources available to assist

Webinar link and access details will be provided the morning prior. Please contact [email protected] should you have any queries.

Tony McManus, Director, McManus Consulting Group
Tony McManus was an Estate Agent for 25 years as the second generation of a family Real Estate business based in Lara. After selling that business he now offers a boutique Mentor Health Mentoring Service for individuals, businesses and community groups. He delivers solutions tailored to the specific needs, circumstances and issues of his audiences and clients that lead to win -win outcomes. His solutions initially focus on building team culture and resilience and then evolves into greater Corporate Social Responsibility outcomes and profiles in the community.

Andy Reid, Managing Director, Sold By Group

At just 21, Andy was running a hospitality business with an annual turnover of over $12 million, with a raw ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively with teams of up to 250 members. But over his life through hospitality management, marketing & Real Estate sales he knew what his purpose was - to serve others in their success. And so, the Sold By journey began! His creative thinking and desire to help people & organisations to improve led him to launch marketing support & coaching departments, and a love for the greater community brought about the philanthropic ‘community’ department.
