Tony McManus was an Estate Agent for 25 years as the second generation of a family Real Estate business based in Lara. After selling that business he now offers a boutique Mentor Health Mentoring Service for individuals, businesses and community groups. He delivers solutions tailored to the specific needs, circumstances and issues of his audiences and clients that lead to win -win outcomes. His solutions initially focus on building team culture and resilience and then evolves into greater Corporate Social Responsibility outcomes and profiles in the community.

Andy Reid, Managing Director, Sold By Group
At just 21, Andy was running a hospitality business with an annual turnover of over $12 million, with a raw ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively with teams of up to 250 members. But over his life through hospitality management, marketing & Real Estate sales he knew what his purpose was - to serve others in their success. And so, the Sold By journey began! His creative thinking and desire to help people & organisations to improve led him to launch marketing support & coaching departments, and a love for the greater community brought about the philanthropic ‘community’ department.
Robyn Waters OAM, REIV Immediate Past President and Director, getRobyn
A formidable force in the Victorian real estate industry, Robyn was the first Australian woman to be appointed World President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) in May 2014. She served on the REIV Board as Senior Vice President in 2017-18 and Director from 2001 to 2006 as well as being a ministerial appointment to the Estate Agents Council from 2015 to 2018. Robyn is the immediate Past President for the 2018/19 term. Robyn is a licensed estate agent who operates as a sole trader providing real estate services to a select portfolio of clients. She is the FIABC’s Trustee to the International Ethical Standards Coalition and a fellow of the REIA and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
