Over the last decade the business has morphed into an all-round property advisory where we have a rent roll, conjunctionally sell many properties each year and buy for both investors and owner occupiers alike.

As Director of Etica his agency offers other services including Property Management, Interior Design and Vendor Advocacy. He is a member of the REIV since 2010 and serves on the Buyer Agent Committee. Other REIV involvement included contract training for Agent Representatives and the Buyer Agent Licence Unit as well as Member’s Council.

Andrew Meehan is Co-Founder, Director and CEO of the Nicholas Lynch Real Estate Group which was REIV Medium Residential Agency of the year in 2015,2016, 2017 & 2018 and Property Management Team of the Year in 2019. Andrew joined the real estate industry late in his career and prior to this had extensive Director and Senior Management experience in a wide variety of Industries of both private and publicly listed companies both in Australia and overseas.
