Sophie Lyon
Director – Jellis Craig Boroondara

Sophie Lyon has been associated with the REIV Board for many years, having previously served as a Director and Vice President. An experienced agent, specialising in property management, Sophie is also a licensed estate agent.

Her involvement with the REIV dates back to 1994 - participating in a range of committees such as Members' Council, Ethics Committee and Past Chair of the Property Management Chapter, as well as being an REIV accredited trainer.

She has previously worked with a number of large organisations in Melbourne, and is currently a Director of Jellis Craig Boroondara, overseeing their Property Management division which manages more than 3,000 residential properties.

Amy is Stockdale & Leggo’s Group Operations Manager, providing support to the CEO and the executive management team across a variety of tasks, from event management to reviewing legislative compliance, as well as overseeing franchisee applications, performance and training.

Her broad industry experience in a variety of roles and environments, from small offices to fast-paced corporate settings, has enabled Amy to prioritise the needs of both clients and colleagues. Calm in a crisis, Amy’s strong organisational skills and work ethic are central to Stockdale & Leggo’s daily operations, with her meticulous attention to detail reflected in her work in onboarding new franchisees, and preparing legal documents and ensuring legislative compliance.

Kirsty Patterson
Director & Head of Property Management – RW Property Group

Starting her Property Management career in 2002 Kirsty quickly realised this was the career for her. After two years she also took on the role of Department Manager and has relished training and mentoring Property Managers since. Kirsty is very passionate about Property Management and started RW Property Group with her business partners late last year. With a focus on providing consistent, personalised service to their clients they are looking forward to growing their new business.

As a fully licensed Estate Agent Kirsty has a wealth of knowledge of Residential Tenancies Legislation and all aspects of Property Management and is a valuable asset to her clients. As a property investor herself she can relate to her clients needs and what they are wanting to achieve.
