Inside PM - RTA Amendments One Year On

Join us for the first in our Inside Property Management series event of 2022 as we take a look at the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act almost 12 months on.

Sophie Lyon, Director of Jellis Craig Boroondara, Property Management division and an REIV Director will share her knowledge and experience of how the changes are working, and analyse some of the impacts and challenges the industry has faced with the RTA in the last year.

Some of the impacts we will be looking at include:

  • Managing the end of fixed term tenancies,
  • Safety checks: the requirements and the processes,
  • The process for addressing urgent repairs including mould in properties,
  • Rental Minimum Standards

Sophie will be joined by REIV Property Management Chapter Committee member, Kirsty Patterson and Stockdale & Leggo’s Group Operations Manager, Amy Blackburn for an interactive panel discussion to address your questions.

Book now for yourself and your team and get your questions answered.

Webinar link and access details will be provided the afternoon prior. Please contact [email protected] should you have any queries.
