Inside Property Management - Introduction To the New RTAA

Details

REIV has been working directly with Government on the RTA Amendments from the initial design stages through to development of the Regulations.

However, while successful in delaying the implementation date of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2018 due to COVID-19, the amendments are now to be introduced by 29 March 2021.

Although REIV may not support all the amendments that are now in the Act, we are now focused on ensuring that the Victorian real estate sector is well prepared to effectively implement the Regulations as they come into effect.

The first event of the 2021 Inside Property Management Series will focus on introducing the new RTAA. REIV CEO, Gil King and President, Leah Calnan will provide an overview on:

  • The new regulations
  • What has been included and what’s changed
  • The implications for the industry, and
  • What agencies can do to prepare themselves and their clients

Note: This webinar will be held from 3.00pm – 5.00pm (Duration: 2hrs)

Webinar link and access details will be provided the afternoon prior. Please contact [email protected] should you have any queries.

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT.
