Full of energy & powerfully positive, Andy’s philosophy of ‘Human First, Agent Second’ allows him to apply & adapt his knowledge to suit the client’s situation.

It’s a fine line between the emotion & the deal, i.e. having the emotional intelligence to feel the client’s wants & needs, but at the same time recognising the ‘textbook’ ways that have stood the test of time.

Before launching Sold By Auctions, Andy spent 9 years in the South-Eastern suburbs as a sales agent & manager, producing up to 80+ transactions per year without PA’s.

His passion for the craft of auctioneering took him on a path that lead him to becoming a business owner doing what he loves,and conducting auctions in over 117 different Victorian suburbs to date. But his love for helping people progress, whether it’s a client or an agent, has lead Andy into coaching multiple sales teams in different suburbs. By bringing both his real estate knowledge & combining it with a successful hospitality career, Andy’s unique view has already served agents well in improving their chances of success.
