National Property Managers' Day Celebration

Details

The 2024 REIV National Property Managers’ Day Celebration is a unique event where the industry unites to recognise the incredible efforts of our Residential and Commercial Property Managers!

Our two amazing speakers will provide inspiring and insightful discussions.

  • Michelle Errichiello, Australian Paralympian, Director of Master Advocates and motivational speaker. Michelle will share her incredible story of how she overcame significant adversity and achieve success in both sport and business.

  • Nicole Rich, Executive Director, Regulatory Services and Director, Consumer Affairs Victoria. Nicole will share her career journey as well as what her current role entails, including daily challenges and strategies used to overcome these.

Why attend?

  • Celebrate the ongoing achievements and recognize the challenges faced by property managers

  • Be inspired by Michelle Errichiello's compelling story of resilience and triumph.

  • Hear from Nicole Rich of Consumer Affairs who will discuss her career journey and current role
  • Support a worthy cause: all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to St Mary’s House of Welcome, a Melbourne-based charity supporting individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and disadvantage.

We invite Residential and Commercial Property Managers, along with those who wish to show their support to attend.

Australian Paralympian, Director of Master Advocates

Michelle is an experienced Real Estate Agent, specialising in Trust Account Management, Buyers’ Advocacy and Property Management.

Michelle started her career in real estate in 2002, however her life changed forever during a freak work place accident in 2007, whereby an out of control motor vehicle jumped the footpath, crushed Michelle into the exterior wall of her office building at the time (Raine&Horne Ascot Vale) and as a result, traumatically amputated her right leg through-the-knee… It’s fine, she rehabilitated triumphantly and went on to learn to walk and run again with a prosthetic leg, even though she was told she would never run again.

Running became a passion and in her short 4 year running career, Michelle broke the 200m T42 athletics world record in May 2009, then again in January 2010. Backed up at the Australian National Athletics Championships in Perth 2010, she broke the 100m T42 world record, awarded a Pride of Australia Courage Medal, and was a recipient of both a Victorian Institute of Sport and an Australian Institute of Sport Scholarship, and represented Australia at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, finishing 5th place in the world at the final T42 100m sprint.
