Michael Cimino
Director – Head of Property Management Division, Inner Real Estate Next RE
Michael is Director and Co-Owner at Inner Real Estate NextRE. In previous roles Michael worked as an Accountant for a Big 4 Consulting Firm before moving to an Retail Superannuation Fund in a business transformation role. It is the skills acquired during his 10 years in professional services and large corporate business that have allowed Michael to identify opportunities for improvement and focus on developing tailored solutions. Over the last three years Michael has implemented a range of new systems and processes to improve the efficiency and service delivery of the Property Management Department. Most recently Michael has overseen the development of a new business stream around Owners Corporation. Throughout the pandemic Michael and his team have been able to grow their properties under management by 6% all whilst safely working from home.


Luke Piccolo

Corporate Projects, Marketing & Growth, Woodards Real Estate
Working on new office Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Projects and Sales, Luke has a birds-eye-view of the Woodards Network of 12 offices and the Real Estate Industry. As an early-adopter, he is motivated by the acceleration in the adoption of new technologies, changes in consumer behaviour and the resilience of the Real Estate Sector.  As a salesperson Luke was lucky enough to win numerous awards, including most recently the 2019 REIV Marketer of the Year and 2020 REIA National Marketer of the Year. Luke is a member of the REIV New Members Chapter Committee and a Board Member of the Woodards Foundation.





David Stewart

David is a career real estate agent that has been widely awarded throughout his 21-year career. He has won industry awards for sales, office management, listing performance, marketing and customer service. In 2018 and 2019, David was named by the prominent real estate magazine, Elite Agent, as one of the 50 most influential real estate professionals in the Australian Industry.
