In a significant step towards a single, national, industry-owned property data platform, the websites propertyDATA.com.au (PDOL) and realestateVIEW.com.au have been officially launched in New South Wales.
Continuing the product's point of difference – ownership by the profession – the launch in NSW is in partnership with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW). Working in partnership with the local Real Estate Institute ensures the end result is one that meets the needs of all property professionals rather than the needs of global media companies and their shareholders.
The launch in NSW marks the fifth state in which propertydata.com.au and realestateVIEW.com.au will be operating – making it one step closer to becoming a truly national portal. As NSW is the largest property market in Australia, this expansion will allow the portal to continue to grow and ultimately become one of the leading offerings in Australia.
