The REIV is excited to announce that a new version of VicForms Online will be launched on Wednesday, 27 May. We’ll be closing the site briefly at 9am; shortly thereafter the new-look VicForms will be available.
The site has been given a new look and we’ve tweaked it a little to make the system easier to use − but you’ll find that all the same features are still available.
In addition, the following authorities have been updated/introduced:
• 005A − Exclusive Leasing and Managing Authority: Residential Property
• 009 − Exclusive Authority: Sale of Business
• 115 − Clearing Sale Authority
Please note that the updated versions of forms are not compatible with the current versions, so you will not be able to complete any in-progress forms. Also, previously purchased forms cannot be ‘cloned’ using the Copy function. So if you’re planning to use one of these forms over the next week, please make sure you either wrap up the paperwork on Tuesday evening, or hold off until after the launch on Wednesday morning.
